There Are Many Reasons Why People Need to File for Bankruptcy

There are so many reasons why my clients get into such a tough financial situation.  For some it is because of some unexpected health issue.  For others, they lost their job.  Whatever your reason is bankruptcy may be the best answer to help you wipe away your debt that you have accumulated.

The Goal

Your goal in this process should be to wipe away all of your unsecured debts such as your credit card debts, medical debts, etc while retaining as much of your assets as possible.  In addition, in some instances, you may want to walk away from your car or house without any personal liability.  My goal for you is to help you do all of that if possible and to help you retain as much of you assets as I can under the law.

Making the Process Easy

One of the things that I do as a service for my clients is allowing them to complete almost all of the bankruptcy process from the comfort of their own home.  I understand that no one wants to take off work, fight traffic for 20 minutes, just to sit in a waiting room to meet with a lawyer.  Therefore, I have developed my law practice around you completing almost all of the bankruptcy process without having to take off your slippers.  Of course, we will be talking over the phone and emailing each other to make sure that we have all the right information to file your case, but you can do it on your time.
